Why Eagle Beach?

Every season offers a different set of experiences at Eagle Beach, but each year brings the same sense of peace, joy, and camaraderie.  From "Sandcastle Contests" to "Scavenger Hunts," children will enjoy making friends and memories, while parents can enjoy the shores of Eagle Lake.  The Coumbe family has owned and operated the resort for 31 years, and are proud to have many of their original guests still attending.  One reason people keep coming back is the Coumbe's desire for providing a family friendly environment while offering first class accommodations.

Placed adjacent to the resort property is the  Character Challenge Course.  The course has high elements reaching 35' in the air.  These elements are used to promote communication skills, pushing past perceived limits and overcoming individual fears. The Team Initiatives Course is a series of low elements that build team-work and problem solving skills.

John and Jan spend their summers talking with guests, mowing, keeping the property in immaculate condition, and building memories for families.  Sarah and Travis enjoy their summer break from teaching by coordinating activities, working on landscaping, and facilitating groups at the Character Challenge Course.  Matt continues to come back to enjoy the resort on weekends and contributes his expertise in landscaping.
